To make this tour comfortable and pleasant, you can decide for yourself where you want to start and where you want to spend the night first. On a 5-day tour, you have an extra night in Bastogne. On a 4-day tour, you will skip this overnight stay and pick up the route at your nearest destination. When you make the booking, enter where you want to start your tour in the comment field. The daily routes are in the same order, but you can choose the starting and ending point of your tour.

The outward journey (first day) and return journey (last day) you will drive on your own initiative.

After a nice breakfast, it is time to start your day. Today you will cross through Belgium and end in the historical town of 'Ieper'. The route leads you over several hairpin bends of the Ardennes towards the Belgian coast. You will drive around Charleroi in the direction of Kortrijk, nice to stop here and have a look at the famous Grand Market or the beautiful Rosarium of Kortrijk.
Make sure you arrive early in Ypres, as the town has a lot to offer. Ypres is best known for its role during World War One (1914-1918). The German troops tried unsuccessfully to occupy Ypres during four battles. Today, the many graves, monuments and sites around Ypres are a reminder of this era that took the lives of half a million soldiers in Ypres and its region. During the war, Ypres was almost completely destroyed. The rebuilding of the town took more than 40 years. The Ypres you see today is partly a reconstruction of what the city looked like before the war, with new neighborhoods. Walking through the streets of Ypres today, you might think you were looking at houses dating back to medieval times. Every evening at 8 pm all the victims of WWI are being memorised at the Menin Gate, the 'Last Post' is blown on the trumpet in deadly silence, this is a beautiful and impressive tribute.

Today's trip is a bit more challenging, you will drive from Ieper to Zoersel, a small town, just above Antwerp. During the first part of the trip, you will drive towards the Belgian coast, passing the coastal town Westende - Bad, where you can stop and enjoy the sea and the promenade. You continue the trip which is varied with many narrow dyke roads. It is definitely worth visiting Roeselare, Brugge, Gent and/or Antwerp. These are all 4 beautiful places with a rich history and a lot of beauty. During this overnight stay, you will be staying in a cosy hotel in the centre of Zoersel. You can park your motorcycle in a secure parking area and have a drink and a bite at the cosy heated terrace of the hotel till late in the evening.

Today's trip takes you to the beautiful Ardennes. You pass the race circuit of Zolder, you can take a look at the circuit if you are interested. You can visit Hasselt for a delicious lunch. This city is also called the city of taste and is a real student city. You continue the trip along the Belgian-Dutch border and pass under Maastricht, past Liège southwards via hilly roads with hairpin bends towards Chaudfontaine. The town has given its name to the famous spring water brand. Your trip continues in the direction of the popular town of Durbuy. This town has an undeniable charm and is definitely worth a visit. You continue the route in the direction of the next special attraction: The Waterfalls of Coo. Afterwards, you drive via the Parc Naturel des Hautes Fagnes to the hotel located just south of Aachen.

Today, you will be riding through the Ardennes. This route is full of curves. If you are a fan of curves, you can't believe your luck! On this trip, you will discover several churches and beautiful typical Belgian villages. The endpoint of the route is Bastogne. Bastogne became very famous, in particular, to the Battle of Bastogne. If you have the opportunity, be sure to visit the Mardasson Memorial, it is a war memorial of the Battle of the Bulge.

If you have made a booking for a midweek trip, you will have an extra route through the Ardennes and Bastogne. After a few kilometres of cruising you arrive at Chateau Féodal de la Roche-en-Ardennes, the chateau is a ruined medieval castle that attracts thousands of visitors every year. Continue your trip and cruise a few metres uphill to Bouillon. The city of Bouillon is one of the most beautiful cities in the Ardennes and is known for its medieval castle. You drive back to the hotel in Bastogne where you can enjoy a delicious dinner.
