You can use the booking form to book a tour with us. For this purpose, we use your name, address, e-mail and telephone number. Your data is processed for the purpose of processing your booking and providing you with our services. When processing your booking, the service providers we use for this purpose (hotels, logistics companies and banks) receive the necessary data. When booking tours, we need your correct address data. Your telephone number is only used for inquiries. We need your e-mail address to confirm receipt of your booking and to communicate with you. We also use it for identification purposes if you have chosen to create a customer login. You will also receive an order confirmation and other travel documents to this address. When booking, we share your name, e-mail address and place of residence with your fellow travellers. Before the tour starts you will receive a digital list of participants.
