Super routes and wonderful stay.

We have been in the Vosges Mountains from August 13 to August 16. Both on the outward journey (August 12 + 13) and the return journey (August 17 + 18) we took the scenic route with an overnight stay in Luxembourg. The first days we had hot to very hot weather with 30+ degrees. The last day it was a lot cooler with 17 degrees. We only did the short routes as this was more than enough if you also want to make a coffee break and lunch stop. The highlights were the routes (gorgeous), the hotel with modern rooms and excellent cuisine with local specialties. TOP. Also the friendly staff was definitely a breath of fresh air. The setbacks were few terraces for a coffee break and certainly in the morning most were closed before 11:00. Finally, some suggestions: The gas stations on the routes were very limited. It happened several times that some riders had 0.5 liters left. So that was sweating, but not from the heat! I would like HMR to be able to list gas stations on the routes as well. Not everyone rides a GS with 300+ km range. As a final comment about the hotel's Wifi network. This is really too weak. Only in front of the reception was reception possible. In the room and in the restaurant this was zero bars. There is still something to be gained here. Summary: A wonderful weekend with super beautiful routes and a nice stay.
