Very good Hotel, good food. Routes well plotted, however for less experienced riders too long! Because of the beautiful views, villages, mountains and curves and the like you have to ride a lot to be in time. Driving route for 2 days were less, given much was driven in less beautiful surroundings. Also after spending the night in the hotel in Heidelheim (not bad with good food) Maybe the route could be pointed directly towards Austria/Italy (as we did) since you have to drive quite a lot of kilometers.
