We carried the motorcycle behind the car and saved for the beautiful miles in the mountains. Fantastic routes on beautiful roads in Austria, Slovenië and Italië. Ridden wonderful additional passes such as the Villacher Alpenstrasse, the Malta Hochalmstrasse, the Grossglockner and the Nockalmstrasse. Beautiful views. Picked the long route every day. We were quite tired at times, but then it was 35-38 degrees! Tour guide Jos Dekkers gave a nice summary each day and an outlook on tomorrow's route. Wonderfully helpful and enthusiastic. In the evening we received tips on safe riding from this experienced motorcyclist. Great! Last but not least: an excellent hotel. After two days, the breakfast lady knows what kind of egg you want and whether you want coffee or tea. Feels like home. Already our third Horizon Motor Trip and the fourth is coming up.
