After a beautiful route through the Eifel I arrived at my hotel. After a good meal I explored the village. Because of the enormous heat there was not a soul to be seen. I was 15km from Cochem and right on the Moselle. After a good night's sleep I got back on the bike the next day with fresh courage. Made another beautiful route in the sweltering heat. Not quite finished because the sharpness was off. This is how I rode the rest of the days. I was alone and that worked out great for me. It was the first time alone, and I will definitely do it more often. You could go ride fast/tour, take a break or ride on. That's how relaxed it was. The routes were all top notch, right down to the return trip.. Really highly recommended for those going that way one time .
