With just the two of us, we embarked on the adventure, and it turned out to be a wonderful, memorable trip. Men had warned us about the weather, but we had 17 days of brilliant weather (early May) - and 1 half day of rainy. With winter and the last snow showers barely 1 week back and the weather brilliant, the scenery was downright beautiful and the driving conditions optimal. The Norway Rally combines the most diverse landscapes, often in 1 day. We imagined ourselves in the Pyrenees, then in the Alps then in Scotland ... the variety is enormous. We had bad luck with the bike, but Horizon immediately adjusted the schedule so we could make up for lost time. Norway, Sweden and Finland are beautiful. The "beware, reindeer" signs are not there in vain - elk and Arctic foxes also passed by. Despite the many miles, we really took the time to get off enough and admire the scenery. After all, the hotel was pre-booked, and we were sure to have a good meal. The hotels were top-notch. The hotels were top-notch, and the food delicious. After a whole day of touring, a welcome rest. Whenever we saw something interesting, we also didn't hesitate to deviate from the route for a while. An unforgettable trip; highly recommended!
