We did not drive to our lodging hotel this time as we are used to, but flew!  Due to a limited amount of days off per year you have to make choices.  For this destination, putting your bike on transport (performed by Motomove) to a nearby airport and flying yourself is a great alternative. Expensive? A minimum of 2 nights' accommodation, meals, gasoline etcetera compared to the transport and ticket costs gives a reasonably comparable financial picture which makes more distant destinations suddenly much closer!
