Enjoyed to the fullest

I had booked this trip individually last minute because I urgently needed to unwind. Within a few days I had all the information. Hotel was fantastic, welcoming and totally geared towards bikers. Motorcycle was inside under lock and key. Under the smoke of the Nurburgring and the whole hotel and the pizzeria next door breathed that atmosphere. Very nice. Routes were nice and generally correct. Unfortunately not updated for current road works. And it was teeming with those as it was towards the summer season. Usually that was solved by simply following the Umleitung and hoping the Garmin would pick it up after that. But a few times that didn't work and apparently I should have had a point somewhere in the middle of the Umleitung. On the way back to Aachen, I really didn't get there anymore and had to let Go Ride plan a winding route from a certain point itself.A winding route. Another small note I might make about the routes is that they seemed to be primarily geared towards literally tapping every little road with hairpin turns. You could see even more of the Eifel and its surroundings if that were interspersed a bit more with just some miles whizzing along at 80-100 km/h on the regional roads that are also undulating and twisty. Last note is that I missed concrete tips on nice restaurants along the way for a stop. It didn't go much further than that there were plenty of venues in a particular village or along the route. It was a pity that there was a tip to deviate from the route and drive on to the Nurburgring because there would be a place to eat with a view of the circuit. But when I got there the situation was confusing and because the directions were not concrete enough I could not find it. All in all I had a great time and learned and practiced a lot in terms of driving skills. Because I had a few points to note I give 4 stars instead of 5.
