Normandy

Took the individual trip with a friend to Normandië and via the route Liberté to Bastogne. Many impressions gained and as always too little time to visit everything. We did see several invasion beaches and visited several museums.. The hotels were good to very good. The distances on some days were a bit long. The trip is definitely worthwhile, especially if you are interested in the impressive way the Allies fought our liberation. Week's luck with the weather allowed us to drive the very varied routes. It was certainly another Horizon trip of top quality.
